Who we are.

This waitlist is run by Selgeo (Apliteni OÜ, registry code 14296961, Tornimäe tn 3 // 5 // 7, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia), the data controller. Contact: contact@selgeo.com.

What this page is.

Selgeo Partners does not exist as a product. This page tests whether creators want it. If they do not, the page and the list are deleted.

What we collect when you join the waitlist.

• Your email address.
• Your answer to "Does your audience buy software in Europe?".
• Optionally, where you publish and what you write about, if you fill those in.
• Your IP address and browser user-agent, recorded together with the time and the version of this notice, as evidence that you consented.
• How you arrived: the page you landed on, the referring site, and any campaign parameters (UTM tags) in the link you followed.

Why, and on what legal basis.

To contact you about this waitlist, and to judge whether the people joining are the creators we are looking for. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form after reading the notice next to its button. You can withdraw it at any time — see below. The consent record itself is kept as evidence that we asked properly (Art. 7(1)).

We will not

send you a newsletter, sell or share your address with advertisers, or use it for anything other than this waitlist.

Who processes it.

This page and the waitlist behind it both run on Lessly, which is operated by the same company as Selgeo (Apliteni OÜ) on EU infrastructure. It is our own platform rather than a third-party service, and no other processor is involved in serving you this page or in storing what you send us. Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) answers domain-name queries for selgeo.com and does not carry the page itself, so it does not see what you read or submit here.

Analytics.

We measure how many people visit this page and how many reach the form — that measurement is the whole point of the experiment. The analytics script loads for everyone, but until you accept statistics cookies it runs in a cookieless mode: it stores nothing on your device and sends no identifier, so visits cannot be linked to each other or to you. Accepting statistics cookies adds a first-party visitor and session identifier. You choose in the consent banner and can change your mind there at any time.

How long we keep it.

Waitlist entries are kept for up to 365 days, and are deleted sooner once this experiment is concluded and the result recorded.

Your rights.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of your data in portable form, and you can withdraw consent — withdrawal does not affect processing that already happened. Write to contact@selgeo.com and we will delete your entry, including the consent record and the attribution data. You may also complain to your national data-protection authority.

Someone added your address without asking?

Tell us at contact@selgeo.com and we will erase the entry. We do not send a confirmation email for this waitlist, so an address can be submitted by someone else; erasure on request is how we handle that.
